Our Signature 32 Point A/C Tune-Up​

  1. Blower Motor: measure amperage and voltage for proper operation
  2. Thermostat: test for proper operation, calibrate, and level
  3. Air Filter: clean existing (as needed)
  4. Bearing: inspect for wear and lubricate
  5. Coil: inspect indoor coil if accessible
  6. Confirm proper return air and size
  7. Condenser Coil: visual inspection
  8. Refrigerant: monitor operating pressures
  9. Safety Devices: inspect for proper operation
  10. Electrical Disconnect Box: inspect for proper rating and safe installation
  11. Electrical Wiring: inspect and tighten connections
  12. Contactors: Test/inspect for burned, pitted contacts
  13. Electrical: inspect for exposed wiring
  14. Capacitors: inspect and test
  15. Fan blade: visual inspection
  16. Condenser Coil Cleaning: remove debris
  17. Service valves: inspect for proper operation
  18. Measure Supply/Return temperature differential
  19. Ductwork: Inspect for energy loss
  20. Compressor: monitor, measure amperage and volt draw and wiring connections
  21. Suction line: Inspect for proper fittings
  22. Fittings: Inspect all for signs of oil and/or leakage
  23. Check lines and fittings with Freon leak detector
  24. Check Unit for Time Delay Relay
  25. Check Unit for Isolation Pads
  26. Balance and re-torque blower wheel
  27. Check Home for proper airflow
  28. Test condensate drain line
  29. Check evaporation for coil protection
  30. Check and test high voltage fuses
  31. Check and test low voltage fuses

We recently had a total HVAC system installed (just in time for the summer heat!). We couldn't be happier. Our quote from Allison Quinn was very detailed and she helped us understand every aspect of what we thought would be a very complicated job. We had a very old furnace but no A/C what so ever. Asbestos ducts needed to be removed safely, all new ducts installed, new furnace, A/C condenser and all new electricity lines. Quite a big job! We sought out three bids and felt secure with the company she represented. The price was competitive and Allison was able to arrange a veterans discount and a two year no finance option. Once we decided to go with Service Patriots Allison got the ball rolling immediately! We were sitting in a cool condo within two working days. All the gentlemen working on the job were ON TIME!!! (something of a pet peeve for us). Jose Alcaraz and Norman Cardona were clean, courteous, very hard working and patient with all our questions. We look forward to using this company for all our yearly tune- ups.

My first introduction to Service Patriots was through a salesperson at Lowes. Kind of skeptical, but made an appointment and was very pleased by the thorough presentation of Justin and Leon. They checked the attic ducts and discovered asbestos. The next morning, the abatement crew cleared out all the asbestos, and then Douglas and Miguel began to work their magic installing the new furnace and AC system.
